Podcasters Streamers Founders Coaches YouTubers Agencies01 / The gap
You're not short on content.
You're short on cuts.
Every episode you record already contains a month of short-form. The problem was never the ideas. It's that turning 117 minutes into 30 posts is a grinding, unglamorous job — and it's the first thing that slips when you get busy.
You record for two hours and post once
The episode goes up, the newsletter goes out, and the other 116 minutes sit in a Drive folder where nobody will ever see them again.
Editing it yourself costs you the whole day
Scrub, cut, caption, fix the audio, export, re-export because the captions clipped. That's your highest-value day spent on your lowest-value task.
Freelancers ghost, quality swings
Month one is great. Month three they're slow, the captions changed font, and you're back on Upwork writing the same brief for the fourth time.

02 / Services
Everything between "we recorded it" and "it's live"
Pick the whole chain or just the part you're missing. Most people start with clips and add distribution once they've seen a month of output.
Short-form clip production
The core service. We find the moment, cut the hook to the first second, burn in captions that match your brand, mix the audio so it survives a phone speaker, and hand it over ready to post.
Moment mining
A human watches the whole thing. We mark every hook, story, contrarian line and teachable beat against a written rubric — so the selection is repeatable, not a mood.
Hooks, titles & thumbnails
Three hook options per clip, written to be read on mute. Plus thumbnail frames and a title that doesn't sound like it came out of a template.
Posting & scheduling
We load the queue and publish on your accounts — TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, X. Correct ratio, correct caption, correct time zone. You keep the logins.
Monthly performance read
One page, plain English: which clips travelled, which hooks died, and what to record more of next month. It changes what we cut — that's the whole point of measuring it.
Brand kit & consistency
Your fonts, your caption style, your colours, locked into a template so clip 200 looks exactly like clip 1 — no matter which editor on our side touched it.
03 / Process
How two hours of tape becomes thirty posts
The whole thing is built so that your part takes about ten minutes a month. Drop a link, approve a batch, go back to work.
Drop the footage
A Drive, Dropbox or RSS link. Raw is fine. Unedited is fine. Two hours of it is fine.
We mine it
An editor watches end to end and marks every usable moment against the rubric we built with you in onboarding.
Cut, caption, mix
Hook in the first second, captions burned in, levels fixed, b-roll where it earns its place. Three ratios per clip.
You approve
The batch lands in one review link. Thumbs up, or leave a note on the timestamp. Nothing goes out without your yes.
Ship & report
We schedule the month, then send back one page on what worked — and we cut next month accordingly.
The honest version: onboarding takes one 30-minute call and one round of sample clips. After that you should be spending under ten minutes a month on this. If you're spending more, we've built it wrong and we'll fix it.
05 / Questions
The things people ask on the call
A link to the raw recording — Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, a Riverside or Zoom export, or your podcast RSS feed. Separate audio tracks help but aren't required. You don't need to edit anything first; raw is what we want.
First cuts land within 48 hours of us receiving footage. After your notes, the finished batch is back within another 24. Higher-volume arrangements can run on a 24-hour cycle end to end.
We use AI for transcription and a first pass at candidate moments, because it's fast and it doesn't get bored at minute 90. A human then watches the footage and makes every final call on what gets cut, where it starts, and how it's hooked. The tools save time; they don't pick your best moment.
Leave a note on the timestamp in the review link and we recut it. Every plan includes revision rounds on each batch, and nothing is published until you've approved it. In your first month, revisions are unlimited — that's the month where we're learning your taste.
You do. Full ownership of every clip, project file and caption track, from the first delivery. If you leave, you take the templates with you.
No. We post through delegated access — Meta Business Suite, a YouTube brand-channel role, TikTok's team access, or a scheduling tool you own. You keep the logins and can revoke us in one click.
Then we start you on a smaller volume, or we tell you to wait. We'd rather say on the call that you need three more episodes in the bank than sell you a month of clips you can't feed. Unused clips roll over one month.
Email us before your renewal date. No notice period, no exit call, no clawback. Plans are month to month by default, and you keep everything we've delivered.
