We watch the boring bits
so you don't have to.
ClipCounty exists because of a pattern we kept seeing: the clip that travels is almost never the one the host expected. It's minute 94. It's the aside. It's the thing they said while reaching for a glass of water.
Why we started
Long-form is a mine.
Most people never dig.
A two-hour recording holds somewhere between twenty and forty genuinely good moments. We've counted. The bottleneck was never the raw material — it's that finding those moments means someone has to sit and watch the whole thing, properly, with an ear for what makes a stranger stop scrolling.
That job is boring, repetitive, and easy to skip when you're busy making the next episode. So it gets skipped. The episode goes up, the audience that already knows you watches it, and the people who've never heard of you never get the chance.
We took that job. That's the whole company.
What we believe
- A human picks the moment. Tools transcribe and shortlist. People decide.
- Consistency beats brilliance. Thirty good clips every month beats one great one in March.
- Your voice, not ours. If a clip sounds like an agency made it, we've failed.
- No lock-in. Month to month. You keep the files and the templates if you leave.
- We'll tell you not to buy. If you don't record enough to feed a plan, we'll say so on the call.
How we work
Three rules we don't break
The rubric is written down
Before we cut anything we agree, in writing, what a good clip looks like for you — the hooks that fit your voice, the topics that convert, the things you never want clipped. Selection stops being a mood and becomes a checklist.
Nothing posts without you
Every batch goes to a review link first. You approve, or you leave a note on the timestamp. We've never published something a client hadn't seen, and we're not going to start.
The report changes the work
A monthly report nobody acts on is theatre. Ours feeds straight back into next month's rubric — what travelled gets more of, what died gets dropped.
The name
Why "County"?
Because a county is a place people belong to, not a product they buy. The clips are the front door — the point is the audience that gathers on the other side of them. It's on our logo for a reason: where clips become community.
Who you'll work with
Who you'll actually work with
You get a named editor who learns your voice, a producer who runs the schedule, and a review link you'll get very familiar with. No account manager relaying messages to someone you've never met.
We cap how many channels we take at once. It's why the slot count on the homepage is a real number and not a marketing device — when it's full, it's full, and we'll tell you when the next one opens.
Let's talk about
what you've already recorded.
Fifteen minutes is enough to tell whether we're a fit. Or skip the call, send an episode, and judge us on three free clips instead.
