1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply between Clip County, trading as ClipCounty, and the client named on the order or invoice. Starting work with us means accepting them.
2. What we deliver
The number of clips, source-footage allowance, turnaround and extras are whatever your agreed scope sets out, as confirmed in writing when you signed up. A "clip" means one edited short-form video delivered in the aspect ratios listed in your plan.
3. What you provide
- Usable source footage, delivered by the date we agree each month.
- Confirmation that you own or are licensed to use that footage, including any music, guest appearances and third-party material in it.
- Approval or notes on each batch within 7 days. After 14 days without a response we'll treat a batch as approved so the schedule can move.
4. Revisions
Your agreed scope sets out the revision rounds included, and revisions are unlimited during your first month. A revision means adjusting a clip we delivered — changing the hook, trimming, fixing captions. Asking for a different moment entirely counts as a new clip against your monthly allowance.
5. Payment
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or quarterly, on the date you started. Invoices are due on receipt. If payment fails we'll pause production and tell you; we won't delete anything without warning you first.
6. Cancelling
Plans run month to month unless you chose quarterly billing. Email us before your renewal date and the plan stops at the end of the period you've paid for — there's no notice period and no exit fee. Quarterly plans end at the close of the quarter you've paid for. Payments already made cover work already scheduled and aren't returnable, and you keep every file delivered up to that point.
7. Who owns what
You own your source footage, and you own every finished clip, project file and caption track once it's delivered. We keep ownership of our internal templates, presets and processes. We'd like to show finished clips in our portfolio — we'll ask you first, and no is a fine answer.
8. Confidentiality
Anything you share that isn't public stays between us, including unreleased footage and anything discussed on calls. This carries on after the contract ends.
9. What we don't promise
We promise the work: the clips, the turnaround, the quality standard. We can't promise specific views, followers, engagement or revenue — those depend on your audience, your subject matter and platform algorithms none of us control. Anyone promising you numbers is guessing.
10. Liability
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost audience. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Current clients get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects them.
